Dean Grieger
CEO, Facilitator, Counsellor
"I myself have experienced addiction first hand for over a decade. I tried getting clean and failed many times as it felt like I was being pigeon holed into a particular treatment modality. I was often told 'you need to do it this way or you are doomed to fail' and fail I did. It wasn't till I was able to understand addiction in a way that filtered a lot of what I considered to be BS and give me the bottom line, or the truth about what I was expereiencing and what I would experience in later recovery that I was able to see 'it all' in a completely different way - a way that connected with me.
That changed everything for me.
Working within the rehab field, I've found this pigeon holeing experience is common (sadly).Thats when I knew that a rehabilitation program that focuses on the individual rather than trying to focus an individual on one modality is a breakthrough."
